Aimed mainly at Betfair’s InPlay markets, Market Monitor replaces the conventional Button and Ladder representations of the Betfair markets with a constantly updated, clickable Bar Graph.
The Graph represents the relative market Strengths all Runners in an event at any moment in time:

The Bar Graph is central to MM’s functionality.
The length of the Runner’s bar expands to the Right as its Market Price drops, or contracts as the Runner’s price rises.
The Graph is clickable, with one Mouse Button submitting Back Bets and the other Button submitting Lays (you select which Mouse Button is ‘Back’ and which is ‘Lay’).
So the Graph represents a ‘virtual race’ where the Runners’ prices determine their positions in the Race, and, in fact the positions on the Graph very often do reflect positions in the actual event.
